Our Purpose

We exist to uplift, encourage, invigorate, and breathe life into every person.

Who We Are

We are an artist directed, non-profit arts organization with a heart to encourage individuals to discover their artistic talents, develop them in a safe atmosphere that encourages growth rather than ego and provides them with opportunities to use those talents through exceptional performances, service, training and community.

Our History and Vision

The vision for a creative arts organization was a dream that stirred within the heart of its founders. For many years, each of them used their art to reach out to the community with compassion and acceptance. As they worked together they shared a desire to create a place where artists could perform and receive training. In August of 2007 Inspire Creative, Inc. was founded with the goal of providing opportunities for all creative people to have a place to use their gifts and grow in a safe atmosphere that places “people above program” and celebrates family, integrity, moral value and respect for others. To achieve this, Inspire Creative exists with a three-fold focus of training, performance, and community.

There is a growing gap left by reduced funding for the arts in our culture. Inspire Creative fills this void felt by artists by providing a safe haven for families in the community who are searching for wholesome entertainment. For the instructors and guest clinicians, Inspire offers an opportunity to bring their life experiences to the next generation of artists in a unique educational setting. Inspire teaches not only about technical skill, but speaks to participants as wonderful, creative beings, full of potential. By investing in artists, Inspire Creative validates their desires and skills while enriching the artistic tapestry of the community through high-quality education and presentations. Inspire connects artists to their areas of strength and launches them into the community as ambassadors for their chosen artistic disciplines.

A Letter From Our President

Thank you for taking time to visit our site and learn more about Inspire Theater Company.   We are a unique blend of individual artists, performers, professionals, and amateurs that share a common thread.  We not only enjoy the creative and the artistic in the world that surrounds us, but we have all felt a deeper desire to be a part of creating. Whether we discovered this yearning while we were still young, or perhaps later in life we have all felt that desire to be active in the creative process and have responded.

Inspire Theater Company is an artist led organization.  One key mission is to create places where creativity can happen.  Where an idea can be given time, energy, and resources to grow.  It isn’t always successful, and it definitely isn’t always neat and clean, but it is fun and rewarding.  Another key of who we are is a personal mission of mine and that is to make it matter.  Too often, creative people live within a stereotype that they are irresponsible, over-emotive, and unable to be productive in society.  In my experience I have found that isn’t the whole picture.  Creative and artistic people tend to be some of the most gregarious, generous, and trusting individuals there are.  They are moved by the secret and profound things in life and when given opportunity can create things that change the way we experience this life.  That is why Inspire Creative is constantly looking for ways to make it matter.  Whether we are touching the lives of children overseas, or those who are here at home, Inspire Creative works towards providing opportunities for artists, both young and old, to make a difference.

Lastly, I want to invite you to be a part of Inspire Theater Company.  As a young organization we are constantly bringing new programs and ideas to the surface.  There are many opportunities for you to be involved.  Whether you are interested in auditioning for an upcoming show, or getting involved in one of our training or performance programs the invitation is always the same – “Come play with Us”
